- Shipment is prepared within 2 days after payment is completed.
Packages are not shipped from our distribution centers on weekends and public holidays in South Korea.

- Your order is delivered to your shipping address.
Door-to-door courier service is available for EMS delivery.
Signature confirmation is not required for K-Packet delivery. In case of the absence of the recipient, the package will be dropped in the recipient’s mailbox. The postal service does not claim any responsibility for missing packages after delivery.

||If an item you ordered goes out of stock after payment is completed, you will receive a notification via email.
If you agree upon a partial refund, all in-stock items in your order will be shipped to you. Go to the product page and apply for our Stock Alert service if you wish to receive a notification when the item is back in stock.
